Disappinting customer service, had an issue with a christmas gift and it had holes in a shirt. Went to return it and since the person who purchased it received some "Kohls cash" the return vaule was minimal. They suggested looking on their kiosk for the shirt but it was extreemly slow and unresponsive. When asking for help they said no. So i still have a shirt i cannot wear since it has holes.
Nice selection. Use a cart! Try to remember that many of the items you buy will soon be discounted to a lower price. If you earn Kohl's Cash, use it quickly before it expires. Come back later for that pair of shoes or hoody.
Lots of choices except for in Women's. Anything over a size 12-14 seems to be limited. Not as fun or pretty.
Great place for cooking ware, but I can't find anything in my size.
