It was very short staffed when I went there. But the person was helpful.

At the end of February, we decided to make the switch from Verizon to at&t. This was a very poor decision. They messed up or told us wrong information on just about everything we had done. Now we supposedly owe over $450 for our first bill. When you speak to at&t customer service or an actual at&t store, they basically accept no blame and put it on the "authorized retailer" not being trained properly. How is this my problem??? If you have an authorized retailer selling your products, it is your job to train them! Do not go to this store!!!

I come in and do get greated but he said wait time is 1 hour, that bad? Why not get more people, garbage store

I had a problem with my account I had set up at another location. I was super upset with AT&T. I stopped at 3 different locations to try to resolve the issue. None would help me or even look into the problem until I came to this location. Needless to say they went above and beyond. Thankyou!

Only go here if you want your account completely screwed up. Not one thing they told us was true.

AT&T as a whole does a poor job of educating employees on specifics of their contracts. Talked to six employees ranging from 611 customer service number to store manager about my broken iPhone I purchased from them 11 days ago. They all agreed it was broken and needed replaced, but after 2 hours (and an extra trip home to get the original box which I was never told to bring) I had my phone wiped and a new phone issued only to be told by a manager (who the employee needed to call at home) that I would be sent home with my broken phone and I had to take it up with Apple due to a clause in the contract voiding at&t's 14-day return policy if it's an Apple devise. Would have assumed one of the six employees I spoke with in the two hours prior would have known this as well as the employee who sold me the phone less than two weeks earlier and told me to bring it back within two weeks if I had a problem. Zero accountability.
