Stacey Knief at The Hair Place is great! I've been going to her for several years now.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for some time, trying to always give this place the befit of the doubt. They’re are always pretty reasonable with prices and have decent staff. But recently I had went in for a cut and color and got nothing of what I originally had asked for. I was somewhat pleased right after it was styled and curled, but after I went home and washed it out, not so much. I had attempted working with it and trying things my stylist Brittney, had told me and it did not help. I called in for a refund and the assistant manager was more than helpful. But the Main Manager, was so completely unprofessional and heartless about the whole situation. She attempted scolding me about all hair salons refund policies and telling me that I am in the wrong for complaining about my hair at the time I did. I have never came in contact with such a rude and unhelpful person ever! My level of disgust with this whole place has met a boiling level.
Paid 50 dollars for my hair. To be curled and have a half up half down. Told my hair dresser to keep it on the iron a few seconds more. Or it'll go completely straight. And she didn't listen bc my hair didn't even last for 2 hours before it went straight.
Amazing experience as always! The entire staff is always friendly and up beat! Brandy literally makes my day every time I have an appointment.
I have been a client for twenty. Allie always does a great job. She is a talented stylist, with helpful hair care suggestion. I have also had other stylist from the shop when Allie was unavailable and again I have always been happy with the results. Great people very congenial in a nice clean shop.
