Outstanding they did a Grade A move for us!!! I would recommended Jim's Moving & Delivery Co to move any of your items. It don't matter if its a small load or a large load they will have you covered. From the receptionist that answered our questions professionally and pleasantly to the movers that moved us and everybody in between that made our move easy on us i just loved it. We went from a 3 bedroom house with 4 levels to a 2 bedroom apartment and we did not have one problem. It was nice to be able to sit back and just tell the movers where everything goes. Give them a try and let them know where you read this from.
I used Jim's but wouldn't recommend them. They gave me a bid to move us and we ended up doing half of the move ourselves to save money before they showed up. They stalled and stretched it out until to the point it was overly obvious they were taking their time. I ended up paying them the same amount as the bid even though they had to move half or less of the house. Very disappointed in them! One example is they spent two hours on our tread mill saying they couldn't get it apart. I asked them if they could tilt it to get it outside and they said no. I finally told them to forget it and I would get it later. My son and I tilted it as I suggested after they left and did it in 20 minutes with just the two of us, there were 4 of them.
They were some of the lazy workers. The estimate was for 8 hours 3 guys. They showed up with 4. They said they would get done faster that was a lie. They dinged up my walls and just complained. My wife caught them standing around more than 10 times. They unloaded stuff that wasn't even mine. Then called and said they needed to come back and get it. Then they messed up my walls again after I just had a painter fix them and paint. Plus they were over their estimate by 600.00. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
